gingersnaps, and a bit of leftover Swiss Meringue Buttercream icing in say, vanilla or ooooh... caramel...
Whatever you do... DO NOT, under any circumstances, spread a little of that buttery yumminess between two gingersnaps... do NOT refrigerate them for 10-15 minutes.
Then, whatever you do, do not eat them!
